Chef Shawn's passion for food came from his mother and grandmothers, but culinary school helped him develop his own flair for food. When not in a kitchen, Shawn heads for the open road. That rumble you hear coming up behind you in your vehicle might just be Chef Shawn on his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. In addition to time with his daughter and granddaughters, there are few things he enjoys more than being on his bike. Chef Shawn is also a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
